Do I need an ABN to buy from your company?
Absolutely NOT. We sell to thousands of personal use customers who are not registered ABN holders.
What hours do you work?
We take to our desks at 9am on Monday morning and are forcefully asked to vacate the premises by 5pm on Friday afternoon. We have asked the bosses for Saturday and Sunday work but have so far been refused permission to do so.
Do you have a privacy policy? Is it very private?
Absolutely private, but we will tell you anyway. At Conticare, we understand the importance you attach to your personal information. As such, we shall ensure that we comply with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
If you submit information to Conticare by registering as a member, purchasing one of our products or by sending us an email, we collect that information and use it for the purposes of providing you with information or advice about our goods and/or services and for processing an order by you for our goods.
Specifically, we require your name, street address, email address, phone and fax number and method of payment details in order to complete an order for our goods.
We shall only disclose your personal information to third parties where the disclosure is necessary and directly related to the purposes set out above - such as our financial institution to process your order. We shall not give our customer lists to third parties for promotions independent of Conticare.
Conticare relies on word-of-mouth of customers and friends to 'spread the word' about our great deals. To keep you up-to-date on new products and special deals and promotions we do send occasional emails. However, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) we shall only send you emails with your prior consent and shall be happy to remove you from our mailing list should you no longer wish to receive our promotional information.
Where are you guys located?
We are located in Melbourne and ship throughout Victoria. If you are located outside Victoria, please can you kindly call us and we will endeavour to obtain a freight quote to ship your goods interstate.
How many samples can I order ?
As a result of an arrangement with the brand owners, only 3 samples of different types may be ordered together. The same sample cannot be ordered twice.
Why was my credit card declined?
This can sometimes happen if there is a temporary block by your bank on your card for a reason only they can tell you. You are welcome to call us if the error is from our merchant facility. Please note that we accept both VISA and Mastercard credit cards. We are happy to advise that we do not charge you anything extra when paying by credit card. We currently do not accept American Express
